According to reports coming out of Las Vegas, Bobby Hauck is leaving the Montana Grizzlies to coach at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV). The Las Vegas Journal-Review, Las Vegas Sun and other news sources reported his hiring earlier today.
Hauck led the Grizzlies to an 80-17 record and three national championship appearances, losing all three.
The Las Vegas Sun story says “a press conference will be held at noon on Wednesday to introduce Hauck.” From the Sun:
“A source has confirmed to the Sun that 45-year-old Bobby Hauck, who coached seven seasons at Montana, will soon be introduced as UNLV’s new head football coach.”
