Indecisive Girlfriend and a Retail Vortex

2:05 a.m. Authorities located the source of a strange chemical smell at a local motel.

2:18 a.m. A drunken man and woman argued at an apartment complex on Highway 2. The pair was counseled and separated.

3:12 a.m. A shady character was seen walking up and down a Whitefish street, peeking into parked vehicles.

4:12 a.m. A female subject was found sitting on the side of the road, claiming that her boyfriend pushed her. Both parties were taken to jail for partner assault.

10:42 a.m. Someone stole an unknown amount of firewood from a location on Pioneer Road. When confronted, the subject returned the wood.

10:51 a.m. Someone in Bigfork called to report that they had found brand-new luggage in the middle of Grand Drive. The caller also wanted to complain about kids throwing rocks into the bay.

11:26 a.m. A Rottweiler and his nondescript cohort attempted to attack a man in Columbia Falls.

12:08 p.m. A woman on Batavia Lane requested assistance in removing her live-in boyfriend from the home. Before authorities could respond, the woman called back and changed her mind.

1:35 p.m. An ex-employee of an Evergreen box store raised a ruckus when his paycheck wasn’t ready for pick-up. Authorities inspired the man to sit quietly and wait.

2:12 p.m. A resident of Valley View Court backed into a neighbor’s basketball hoop.

4:11 p.m. A woman in Evergreen reports that her son called her from jail and asked her to do something she didn’t find acceptable.

6:55 p.m. Someone called to report that an individual had left for an Evergreen box store and did not return. The subject has yet to be found.

7:42 p.m. A boyfriend and girlfriend argued on Goat Trail. She locked him out of the house and he kicked the door.

12:03 a.m. An intoxicated subject attempted to leave a Coram bar in his vehicle but was stopped by other bar patrons. Verbal mayhem ensued.

4:04 a.m. A suspicious male subject wandered around Whitefish. Authorities found that the man had merely gotten lost on his way home from a local bar.
