Garbage Faux Pas and a Passel of Dogs

7:23 a.m. A wooden crate obstructed Highway 93. The blockage was hastily removed.

8:21 a.m. Someone destroyed a gate in Marion.

10:08 a.m. A 15-year-old male subject left his Jellison Road home and did not return. The youth is believed to be somewhere in Kalispell.

11:05 a.m. A vehicle fire on East Reserve Drive was out when authorities arrived.

12:00 p.m. A woman on Willow Glen Drive was alarmed to find a strange man knocking on her door. The man turned out to be a friend of her husband.

12:31 p.m. Someone at the Ashley Lake dump site apparently missed the dumpster, leaving a large pile of trash on the ground. This irritated another dump patron.

2:33 p.m. A man standing near an Evergreen box store appeared to be disoriented. Authorities arrived to find that the man had merely been having trouble lighting a cigarette.

4:05 p.m. A resident of Gunsite Loop called to complain about a neighbor’s obnoxious dogs. The neighbor was found to have 18 dogs in their possession, all of which were in good condition. The owner will be seeking a kennel license.

5:17 p.m. A woman argued with her in-laws on Kings Way.

6:39 p.m. A local transient was standing in the road near a Coram bar, evidently looking for a ride to Browning.

8:26 p.m. A local transient was arrested after causing trouble at a Coram bar.

10:38 p.m. A man walking down Highway 2 in West Glacier was dressed appropriately for the weather and was not intoxicated. The welfare check was a great success.

2:04 a.m. Two kids stole beer from a local grocery store. Authorities could not locate said juvenile beer thieves.
