Frisco Awarded NCAA’s FCS Championship Game

FRISCO, Texas – The NCAA has chosen the northern Dallas suburb of Frisco to host its Division I Football Championship Subdivision title game for the next three years.

The Southland Conference will host the game at Pizza Hut Park, the home of FC Dallas of Major League Soccer. The NCAA announced the games Friday.

The first game in Frisco will be Jan. 7, the result of a newly expanded 20-team championship bracket for the division formerly known as I-AA.
