6:19 a.m. A woman on Vitt Lane evidently received a phone call from a “foreigner” who threatened to harm the reporting party and her daughter.
7:24 a.m. Someone called to report that their 19- and 21-year-old children had not returned home from the previous night. The individuals were located and were perfectly fine.
9:09 a.m. A Bigfork resident found a strange-looking notice on their property. The unusual posting turned out to be from a mortgage company.
9:15 a.m. Authorities could not locate a black lab puppy that was running around Stage Ridge.
9:29 a.m. A small bundle of an illegal substance was found at a business in Evergreen.
11:04 a.m. Equipment that was lost from an Evergreen fire truck was located and returned to its proper place.
11:53 a.m. A woman on Griz Lane called to report that a man showed up at her house and asked for someone she did not know. She then followed him in hopes of discovering what he was doing.
12:14 p.m. The driver of an eighteen-wheeler on Highway 35 reports that another driver made threatening gestures toward him. The caller was unable to provide enough information for authorities to follow-up.
2:26 p.m. A man called from a local body shop to report that another man was “being a jerk to him.” The situation was resolved without violence.
4:44 p.m. In Whitefish, a juvenile male subject was throwing things and breaking items in his home.
5:02 p.m. Vehicles were reportedly tearing up an empty field on Concord Lane.
5:29 p.m. A pickup truck drove suspiciously around a trailer park on Highway 2 East.
5:49 p.m. A vicious dog was reportedly chasing kids down Kokanee Bend Drive. Authorities secured the dog in its yard.
6:02 p.m. Two teenage subjects chased two other youths down East Evergreen Drive.
6:40 p.m. In Columbia Falls, a teen male punched his father and then took off on foot. Officers found the subject sitting in a boat in the garage.
10:36 p.m. Very loud music on Bierney Creek Road was quiet when authorities arrived.
11:52 p.m. A “man down” near the Columbia Falls post office did not need medical attention but was in fact highly intoxicated.
11:57 p.m. Deputies responded to a tip regarding a possible juvenile party on Leisure Island. Although the fire was located, no one was found at the scene.
12:43 a.m. A male subject evidently refused to stop ringing a doorbell and asking to use the phone at a West Glacier home. The man, who claimed that his friends left him in the area, was escorted home by a deputy.
