Shortly after its cross-town rival Flathead lost out of the Class AA boys state basketball tournament on Friday afternoon, Glacier lost to Billings Senior 61-50 in a loser-out game. The Wolfpack, Western AA’s fourth seed, narrowly lost to top-ranked Billings West 53-50 in the first round on Thursday. Glacier finishes the season 14-9.
The Flathead Braves are done for the season after losing 50-43 to Billings Skyview on Friday afternoon in the Class AA boys state basketball tournament in Billings. The Braves, Western AA’s third seed, lost their first-round game 62-37 against C.M. Russell on Thursday. Flathead finishes the season 12-10.
