Hot Tub Trouble and Missing Propane Tanks

2:20 a.m. Suspicious activity reported around an Evergreen restaurant.

7:17 a.m. A suspect was arrested for taking the license plates off a stolen trailer containing chainsaws. The trailer was recovered, but without the chainsaws.

9:04 a.m. A welfare check on a Columbia Falls woman revealed that she may have overmedicated. She reportedly could not speak.

9:27 a.m. A Whitefish resident called to report that someone might have tried to steal their hot tub.

12:02 p.m. Someone called with concerns about the welfare of a 16-year-old dog. There was no arrest for the owner or seizure of the aging canine.

1:22 p.m. A 40-year-old woman was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center after what was thought to be a suicidal drug overdose.

3:04 p.m. Kalispell police and Flathead Electric Co-op responded to a call that a tree fell on a house in west Kalispell.

3:53 p.m. A bus driver reportedly saw a man point a gun at another person by the casino near Lake Blaine.

5:11 p.m. Road debris at the intersection of U.S. Highway 2 and Highway 40 was due to a toppled billboard.

5:37 p.m. Someone in Somers thought their propane tanks had been stolen. The complaint was cancelled when it was determined the wind blew the tanks away.

5:41 p.m. Power lines fell into a hot tub in Whitefish.

6:52 p.m. A man pushed a female around on South Cedar. Police counseled both parties.

7:30 p.m. Someone hurt their thumb while in the Kalispell Police Department booking room.

7:30 p.m. A caller was concerned about a dog that was supposedly in a car where drug activity was occurring.

8:15 p.m. Someone at a local grocery store found it suspicious for a man to buy alcohol for another man.

8:53 p.m. A Kalispell resident called to report that a neighbor dog came into a fenced yard and attacked the caller’s dogs.

9:21 p.m. Reports of drug activity at a local pizza shop yielded no arrests or police reports.

9:56 p.m. A woman in a bar thought it was suspicious that a man driving a Corvette asked her personal questions about a job and then took a photo of her.

10:58 p.m. A 30-30 rifle and a medicinal marijuana plant were stolen from a Columbia Falls residence.

11:49 p.m. A customer who had already been kicked out of a Coram bar came back and assaulted another patron before leaving again. No charges were filed.
