In Class AA softball, Flathead is still searching for its first league win. The Bravettes are 0-8 in Western AA play. Glacier, meanwhile, is near the top of the conference standings with a 7-2 record. Class AA playoffs are held May 18-22 and the state tourney is on May 27-29.
Class A softball is about at its midway point in the season. Polson, a perennial powerhouse, is leading Northwestern A with a 7-1 overall record and a 3-0 conference mark. The Pirates are followed by Columbia Falls and then upstart Whitefish. Libby and Ronan round out the conference standings. There are no playoffs for Class A, as state berths are based off of regular season standings. The state tourney is on May 27-29.
