By Beacon Staff

KALISPELL – Flathead County authorities say charges of kidnapping and rape have been dismissed against a 27-year-old Flathead Valley man.

Kasey D. Kehoe was charged after a woman reported being kidnapped and raped a month ago in Hungry Horse.

Prosecuting attorney Lori Adams says evidence did not show that the sexual contact was nonconsensual.

The woman reported that she as walking home from a bar on May 16 when a pickup truck pulled up next to her, she was pulled into the truck and was assaulted.
