9:25 a.m. A “Private Drive” sign, post and all, was stolen from its position in Columbia Falls.

10:42 a.m. After a man left his vehicle in Hungry Horse with the keys inside, he was shocked to find it missing upon his return.

11:51 a.m. A Bigfork resident came across a dock floating on the lake. He is safekeeping it until its owner can be found.

12:47 p.m. Someone lifted a “Kelley Road” street sign from Columbia Falls.

2:44 p.m. A verbal dispute occurred in Evergreen between two parties who have been cited for such disturbances before.

2:49 p.m. A dog living on Stonefly Way was allegedly growling, chasing cars and biting at the vehicles’ tires. The animal warden went to investigate.

3:57 p.m. A railroad-crossing arm at West Glacier went down when a train passed through and then refused to move back into its upright position.

4:02 p.m. A leaf blower was stolen in Martin City.

5:39 p.m. Hoping to engage vehicles on Stillwater Lane in a game of Frogger, four horses on Stillwater Lane continually crossed back and forth across the road. The drivers were not so amused.

6:47 p.m. Someone on Lower Dam Road in Hungry Horse was cutting down trees on private property.

7:16 p.m. Two sisters engaged in a heated dispute in Whitefish. The sister “who wasn’t supposed to be there” left.

9:32 p.m. A man at the Foy’s Lake parking access got into a physical altercation, during which his “beer got stolen.”

10:31 p.m. A miniature schnauzer was dognapped in Bigfork. Authorities are investigating.

11:50 p.m. After someone stole CDs from a vehicle parked on Cynthia Drive in Kalispell, the vehicle’s owners decided to lock the vehicle.

12:26 a.m. Two men, one wearing a white t-shirt, the other a black t-shirt, and a female in an unknown ensemble were throwing things at someone’s window. The reporting party said the “window isn’t broken…yet.” The suspects were gone when the authorities arrived.

2:45 a.m. Several kids were driving on Canyon Road in Hungry Horse, yelling and screaming and waking up the neighborhood. Authorities managed to catch one culprit. The “kid” turned out to be 27-year-old man with three warrants out for his arrest.

4:43 a.m. A woman standing on her porch on Parliament Drive in Kalispell was the source of a noise complaint. The reporting party said the woman was “too drunk to reason with.”
