10:45 a.m. After hearing dogs bark in the night, a Kalispell resident poked his head outside and noticed the cab light in his pickup was on. Further investigation revealed that a door was open and two big jacks were missing.
12:36 p.m. A Flathead Valley resident’s identity was stolen and a satellite TV service was opened in his name.
3:44 p.m. A woman assaulted her aunt in their shared Whitefish home. The argument allegedly started over living arrangements and the unwillingness to work of some parties. The matter was sent to the county attorney for review.
4:08 p.m. A payroll dispute erupted at a Kalispell business after an employee claimed that retirement money was not being placed in the proper account. The matter is under investigation.
10:24 p.m. A clerk at a Coram store became suspicious of three patrons. After the patrons left, she reviewed the security tapes and discovered her hunch had been correct. The three, two women and one man, had stolen alcohol and hidden it in their clothing. The search is on.
11:07 p.m. A male juvenile picked the lock to his ex girlfriend’s house and punched and kicked her bathroom door. Deputies discovered the boy inside his mother’s house in Evergreen.
