6:27 p.m. A vehicle with Washington plates drove off from a Lakeside gas station, neglecting to pay for an unknown amount of gas.

7:55 p.m. A Kila resident reported that his neighbor’s dog was chasing a fawn. Authorities were unable to locate either Bambi or the dog.

9:42 p.m. Deputies were unable to locate a vehicle that was “swerving all over” Eagle Bend Drive in Bigfork.

4:00 a.m. After meeting her maker in the middle of Highway 35, a deer created a potential road hazard.
