HELENA – Fire officials say the Lakeside Fire burning near Canyon Ferry Reservoir east of Helena in western Montana is 100 percent contained.

Helena National Forest spokeswoman Kathy Bushnell on Sunday afternoon also said all evacuations and road closures have been lifted.

Officials revised their estimate of the size of the fire down slightly to 1.4 square miles based on more accurate mapping.

About 150 firefighters, 16 engines and a helicopter have been battling the blaze. One firefighter sprained an ankle, and some outbuildings have burned.

NorthWestern Energy says it has restored power to about 600 residents in the area, and is working to restore power to others.

Riverside Campground is closed while being used as a command center for firefighters.
