Sunday 9/19
8:02 a.m. A woman called in to report that her stalker had just come into her home by crawling in through the doggie-door. She gave deputies a description of his vehicle. Law enforcement caught up with him in Eureka, where he was arrested.
8:16 a.m. A woman called in from Seville Lane in Coram to report that a man in a Subaru hatchback had just stopped in front of her house. He then opened his hatchback and his hood and started pounding on the ground. When the woman sent her son over to see what the problem was the guy said that he was trying to fix his “box” and continued to pound the ground.
8:50 a.m. A Kalispell resident called in worried about a woman who had been sitting in her running vehicle since 5 a.m. that morning. Deputies checked on her, found her passed out and then arrested her for a DUI.
9:38 a.m. A man called in from Seville Lane in Coram to say that a woman had just attacked him and he had to pry her off. He said when he asked her to leave, she said “no.” He then, in an effort to make her go, threw rocks at her. Soon after, the woman called in claiming the man had tried to pick a fight with her daughter and then threw rocks at her vehicle.
11:47 a.m. A man called in from Mountain Meadow Road to say that a crazy driver passed him, stopped, flipped him off and followed him. When deputies found the driver he said he was sorry.
1:31 p.m. A man called in from Whitefish Stage Road in Kalispell to report that someone had creeped into his house the night prior and stole cash out of his wife’s purse.
3:56 p.m. A Kalispell resident called in after observing a man undressing in the dugout on Woodland Park Drive. The caller claimed hey also saw him in the cemetery, fully clothed. Another call was made shortly after about him being completely naked in the cemetery. Deputies were unable to find naked man.
5:39 p.m. A drunken girl hit a light post in a grocery store parking lot.
6:31 p.m. An 11-year-old boy carrying a rifle looked suspicious when someone spotted him and he ducked behind a power pole. Deputies found that the kid with his dad safely at target practice.
6:36 p.m. A Bigfork woman called in after she invited two “stranded” girls into her home to let them use the bathroom. The girls went into the bathroom, stole the prescription medications and ran out.
7:53 p.m. A man and a woman “chased each other” down Highway 2 West after she ran over his foot.
