LIVINGSTON – A Livingston man has pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence after police said he drove the wrong way for 12 miles along Interstate 90.
The Livingston Enterprise reported that 36-year-old Jason Rosario pleaded not guilty in Justice Court Wednesday morning to misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of drugs, negligent endangerment and driving without a valid driver’s license.
The Park County 911 Dispatch Center received calls about a man driving west in the eastbound I-90 lanes at about 10 p.m. Tuesday.
Court records say a sheriff’s officer and a state trooper stopped Rosario about eight miles west of Livingston.
Rosario’s bond has been set at $2,000.
