1:08 a.m. Someone on Anderson Lane reported finding a lost beagle with both Nebraska and Idaho tags. It was taken to the shelter.
2:57 p.m. A woman on Lower Valley Road reported that after her ex-husband threatened to kill her horses.
3:36 p.m. A Hungry Horse woman claimed her friend’s son took her friend’s check and now he won’t give it back.
4:06 p.m. Someone reported that a lot of people were locked in a store on Highway 35. Deputies found numerous employees participating in a cash register training session.
4:14 p.m. A man from Willow Glen claimed someone tried to steal his fire pit last night.
4:31 p.m. A Bigfork woman reported that a man in a little blue car showed up to her house and asked for a tour. He said he was interested in home construction and left his business card.
4:46 p.m. Three vicious pit bulls on Kelley Road slobbered on a pregnant woman while she was out walking her dog.
5:51 p.m. A Whitefish resident claimed a short, bald man with a shaky voice knocked on the door and asked for money.
5:55 p.m. Someone from South Hilltop found a milk jug with suspicious liquid in it. Deputies disposed of it.
10:55 p.m. A transient was seen creeping around a trailer on Whitefish Stage.
11:25 p.m. A woman on Highway 35 said her son called her and told her he had just seen something fall out of the sky with a blue flame over the Many Lakes area.
