Threatening Prius Driver

7:30 a.m. A woman on Wishert Road called in to report that she can see five horses in her yard.

7:35 a.m. A Kokanee Bend dad called in to announce that his daughter is unruly and trying to leave home. He was trying to prevent the act by disabling her vehicle.

8:12 a.m. A woman on Seminol Drive called in to report that a small blue Prius with Alberta plates sped by them and then sped by them a second time. The second time her husband yelled at driver to slow down. The speeder responded by threatening to “slash” the couple.

10:12 a.m. There may be four adult pit bulls and nine puppies living in a fifth-wheel with their owners in Evergreen. This is not a crime.

10:58 a.m. Someone from Evergreen reported that there are “small animals” being held in a trailer by a “painter” to whom they didn’t belong.

12:17 p.m. A report came in about a man “lurking” around in his Subaru wagon on Whitefish Stage. It was reported that he had possibly checked into a nearby motel.

1:32 p.m. A 58-year-old Whitefish man reported that he felt threatened when his sister held the door shut and wouldn’t let him out of the residence for 30 minutes.

4:00 p.m. A man on Bierney Creek Road complained that his neighbor’s pit bull and boxer jump up on his truck when he pulls into his driveway.

4:39 p.m. Someone called in from the Evergreen area worried about the puppies that are usually in the road. The caller said they hadn’t seen the puppies or their mom for a week.

5:15 p.m. A woman on Shady Lane punched her sister-in-law.

5:28 p.m. A transient was spotted selling puppies to Evergreen folk.

6:13 p.m. A man called in form Whitefish to report that a female is trying to break his things.

7:12 p.m. A disturbed Evergreen parent reported seeing a man in a brown and red truck taking pictures of their daughter as she walked home from school.

8:42 p.m. A woman called in from Columbia Falls Stage to report that while she and her husband were in the garage they heard a crash in their house. They reported having no pets, however when someone looked in the house they found that the cat had knocked the bird cage over.
