KALISPELL – Authorities are investigating after a backpack full of dynamite was found under a bridge near the Whitefish River in northwestern Montana.
Flathead County Sheriff Mike Meehan says he is looking for information from the public into why “several sticks of old dynamite” were dumped near Hodgson Road. The discovery was made Monday.
Anyone with information about the case is asked to call the Flathead County Sheriff’s Department at 406-758-5600.
