My goodness, what a great sunny day we’re having today, Flathead Valley. Nice and slushy.
For those of you who maybe weren’t sure what you were going to do tonight, consider the Art Walk and Holiday Stroll, happening in downtown Kalispell and Evergreen tonight (Friday) at 5 p.m.
It’s a time when participating art galleries and shops will be open and full of festivities, many of which will provide snacks and drinks.
I know we’re going to have some free food and drinks here at the Beacon on Main Street, so stop in and say hello. The party last year was pretty fun; it’s a cool time to interact with the community.
If you’re sticking around Columbia Falls, tonight is the Night of Lights celebration, which is one that you really should experience. According to the handy www.flatheadevents.net, there will be a Christmas parade, turning on of Christmas decorations, craft fair at Discovery Square, craft show at North Valley Hospital Community room, holiday music, caroling, and holiday treats around town. Starts at 5 p.m.
So come say hello or go be part of the fun in Columbia Falls; either way, you’ll have a good time.
