Harassing Phone Calls

9:56 a.m. A Columbia Falls man complained of receiving harassing phone calls from a company claiming he won $800. He said he hangs up on them but they continue to call.

3:16 p.m. A woman reported that she ran over a “Taco Bell dog” in the alley behind her house. The dog wasn’t wearing a collar and didn’t survive the accident.

4:42 p.m. A Ridgewood Drive resident claimed someone crawled in through the window of her home and stole $44.

4:46 p.m. A Hungry Horse man said someone parked a blue car in front of his driveway and now he can’t get out without running into it.

5:12 p.m. A Lakeside resident sent a deputy a text message saying there was a vicious dog at the brew house growling at people.

5:43 p.m. Someone called 911 to report people in a very dirty vehicle for possibly smoking marijuana and using the emergency brake to turn corners.

10:28 p.m. Someone who lost their trash on Highway 82 came back to clean it up.

12:47 a.m. Horses broke out of their pen and, at the time of the call, were last seen running through the trees near Highway 83 in Whitefish.
