Suspicious Bird Calls

10:41 a.m. According to a Coram resident, there is a malnourished malamute that lives outside and howls all the time. The animal warden investigated and found the dog well taken care of.

2:19 p.m. An stray pit bull ran free in Martin City. At the time of the call, it was last seen lurking in front of the fire hall.

2:42 p.m. Someone in Kalispell reported a marijuana party for “patients.”

4:04 p.m. A whole herd of horses ran down Highway 2 East.

4:50 p.m. A man wearing tan pants was seen walking down the middle of the northbound lane of Highway 2 East.

7:54 p.m. A man on Appleway Drive said his little brother, who was playing with his girlfriend’s phone, called 911 and hung up.

9:51 p.m. A woman on Shady Lane said she has been receiving suspicious phone calls from people with high-pitch voices.

11:28 p.m. A Lakeside resident, looking out for their vacationing neighbor, said that they heard “bird calls” and that the inside and outdoor lights were on at their neighbor’s house.

1:06 a.m. A Columbia Falls man believes he has a suspect in the incident involving his dented bright yellow truck.
