Ultimate fighting is coming back to the Flathead Valley.
On April 29 at the Majestic Valley Arena, 12 bouts are scheduled at Kalispell Kombat, an annual mixed martial arts event. Six fighters are from Straight Blast Gym in Kalispell. Straight Blast owner Travis Davison said it’s the most fighters his gym’s ever had at the event.
The fighters from Straight Blast Gym are Jacob Oyler (professional 155 pounds); Zach Dickson (professional 145 pounds); Duran Flaget (135 pounds); Gus Nolte (185 pounds); Michael Wilson (185 pounds); and Chhimed Kunzang (170 pounds).
Tickets to Kalispell Kombat can be purchased through Straight Blast Gym by calling Davision at 250-2380. The cost is $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Ringside tables are available for $500 and second row tables are $350.
Doors open at Majestic Valley Arena at 6:30 p.m. The band House of Quist will perform music until 7:30 p.m. Then the fights begin.
