Strange Vehicle

11:45 a.m. An owner of a local business invited an officer to come check out some recordings he had of shoplifters.

1:58 p.m. A woman reported that her ex-husband called and said her dog was dead. She thought he had possibly killed it. The animal warden, however, confirmed that both of her poodles were wagging their tails, alive and well.

2:15 p.m. A false report was made about a man pointing a gun at students at a Kalispell playground. The man with the gun was a man using a power drill gun.

2:48 p.m. Dogs run free and chase deer in Olney.

2:58 p.m. There is a black lab puppy at the shelter.

3:52 p.m. A Columbia Falls woman complained of relatives “squatting” on her property.

4:45 p.m. A man on Cramer Road reported that his wife, who was out for a walk, was verbally assaulted after yelling at one of her neighbors to slow down. The man who yelled at her said he was not speeding and that the woman has problems with all of her neighbors.

6:27 p.m. A lone toddler was seen riding his tricycle through an intersection on 10th Ave W.

6:59 p.m. Someone in Woodland Park successfully yanked a dart out of a goose’s eye.

7:37 p.m. A woman on Third Ave. E. reported that a short red-headed man was standing in her driveway taking pictures of her vehicles.

10:32 p.m. A woman hit another woman on the head several times in front of an apartment building on Highway 35 W.

10:36 p.m. A Kalispell man said “Obama” suggested he call in anything suspicious. He saw a strange vehicle by his mailbox.

11:17 p.m. A Hungry Horse man was whacked in the head by a big gun.
