Kalispell Man Guilty of Sexual Assault on a Minor

A 38-year-old Kalispell man has been convicted of sexual assault on a minor by a Flathead County jury.

Joseph James Boyes was found guilty Thursday of sexual assault on a 10-year-old girl by a Flathead County District Court after a four-day trial.

Boyes is scheduled to be sentenced on Aug. 15. He faces up to life in prison.
