Kalispell Woman Accused of Prostituting 13-Year-Old Girl

By Beacon Staff

A 43-year-old Kalispell woman accused of forcing a 13-year-old girl into prostitution has been arrested.

Jennifer Ellen Johnson was arrested Saturday and charged with felony aggravated promotion of prostitution. Court records say she allowed 32-year-old Daniel Parmer Smith, of Columbia Falls, to have sex with the girl on multiple occasions in exchange for drugs.

Smith was arrested Friday and has been charged with rape, sexual assault and accountability to rape.

Court records say the girl told investigators she would see Smith one or two times a week and that he would bring drugs to Johnson. The records say Johnson would send her with Smith to his trailer in Columbia Falls where they would have sex.

Johnson and Smith are scheduled for arraignment Sept. 15.
