MISSOULA – A Kalispell man who worked at a large medical marijuana warehouse in Olney that was raided this spring has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to manufacture marijuana.
Tyler Roe, 29, pleaded guilty Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Missoula. In exchange, federal prosecutors agreed to drop charges of conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute.
Roe said his job at the Black Pearl dispensary was to do construction work and take care of the plants.
He faces a mandatory minimum of five years in prison when he is sentenced on Dec. 15.
Dispensary owner Ryan Blindheim has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to manufacture marijuana and money laundering, while another co-defendant pleaded guilty to money laundering. A fourth man is scheduled to enter a plea Wednesday.
