8:14 a.m. A pitbull puppy dragging a long chain was taken to the shelter after nipping the heels of children walking to the bus.

8:57 a.m. A man on Wettington Drive complained that his neighbor tried to let his horse out again.

10:25 a.m. A “raging” man was seen destroying a power box on Wolfpack Way.

12:22 p.m. Someone was having trouble with people denting and siphoning gas from their vehicle.

1:37 p.m. A janitor at an apartment building in Whitefish watched a man give his neighbor a black eye.

2:23 p.m. A Kalispell women found a man sleeping near her dumpster.

2:29 p.m. A man on Highway 35 in Kalispell would like to know how he can keep his girlfriend out of his house. He locks her out, but said she made copies of his key and lets herself in.

2:37 p.m. Someone complained that a logging truck didn’t pull all the way over for an emergency vehicle.

2:52 p.m. A black lab named Hank, last seen wearing his orange shock collar, went missing from his home on Birch Grove. He returned home shortly after.

4:14 p.m. A pastor of a church on Highway 2 reported that transients have been sleeping in the parking lot. He was hoping that someone would swing through and run them off.

5:54 p.m. Someone called in with a story about a man in a VW bus with California plates who tailgated someone, then flipped that someone off after they were brake checked.

6:42 p.m. A Kalispell woman reported that her drunken step-dad sat on her 11-year-old niece.

8:19 p.m. A crying woman called 911 to talk about smoke she could smell coming from her trash can.

8:30 p.m. A Whitefish family and their neighbors reportedly screamed at each other about branches and a tree someone wanted to burn.
