GREAT FALLS – Authorities say a truck drove off a Great Falls street and crashed into a bar, killing one person and injuring others.
Great Falls Police say 33-year-old Jason Rosander has been charged with negligent vehicular homicide after crashing his truck into the front of the Loading Zone Bar on 10th Ave. South just before 2 a.m. Sunday.
Police say the truck pinned at least one person against the building. Great Falls police Sgt. Brian Black says the number of those injured is still unknown.
Victor Hiatt confirmed that his son, 30-year-old Tony Hiatt, died in the crash.
Police would only confirm that a male had died.
Black says other charges are pending against Rosander and that detectives are investigating.
