Suspicious Surveyors

Tuesday 10/11

9:23 a.m. A surveyor was in the Justice Center to report that a man in a purple van accused him of videotaping his house. He claimed that the purple van followed him and was waiting for him in the parking lot.

10:12 a.m. A mule was loose on White Basin Road.

10:48 a.m. A Bigfork woman reported that last year her ex-boyfriend took her things. Now she wants them back.

11:50 a.m. A curious woman on Mountain View Drive in Whitefish called in about truck that had a surveyor label on it. She thought it suspicious and asked that a deputy check out the driver. It turned out that the driver was a surveyor who was surveying the area.

12:50 p.m. A concerned citizen followed a supposedly reckless female driver as she drove from Main Street to Walmart.

2:56 p.m. A Lakeside woman reported that a pit bull was in her yard and wouldn’t let her leave the house.

3:24 p.m. Someone in Evergreen reported that the free “Nintendo” she received in the mail had child pornography on it.

7:03 p.m. A woman on South Cedar Drive claimed that three Jack Russell Terriers came over and jumped her dog.

7:32 p.m. Someone claimed to be in danger of having their world rocked.

3:11 a.m. Loud music coming from a residence on Springdale Drive upset a sleepy neighbor.
