Panhandler Gets Physical

11:34 a.m. A man on Shady Lane has been accused of using an elderly woman’s money for purposes other than paying her bills.

11:55 a.m. A Kalipell man believes he’s being poisoned by devious criminals.

1:12 p.m. A Kalispell woman called a local bar numerous times to complain that she was too weak and dehydrated to get out of bed.

3:11 p.m. A black lab was seen chasing kids on Pheasant Drive.

3:27 p.m. Someone reported that a transient on U.S. Highway 2 East had a sign that read “will kill for food.” The same man was also seen “getting physical” with someone and arguing with a grocery store employee.

3:35 p.m. A man on Whitefish Stage came home to find two horses in his backyard.

5:03 p.m. A handicapped woman was seen driving with a baby in her lap.

5:14 p.m. Reportedly, someone watched a reckless driver’s head “bounce around.”

6:58 p.m. A Columbia Falls man reported that two “thugs” came to his house and threatened him. He also complained that a woman who has a restraining
order against him has sent him numerous text messages. Additionally, he had specific requests regarding which deputies he did and did not want help from.

7:53 p.m. Someone claimed that he was flipped off by a man driving very slowly in a tiny blue car.

8:41 p.m. A woman on Swan River Road reported that someone knocked on her door for at least 10 minutes. She was too afraid to answer it.

10:24 p.m. A Kalispell woman reported that her young niece keeps sneaking out to do drugs with boys.
