Dateline to Air Program on Justine Winter Case

KALISPELL – The NBC television show Dateline is featuring a story about a Kalispell girl convicted of deliberately slamming her car head-on into another vehicle, killing a pregnant Columbia Falls woman and her son in 2009.

The program, titled “Crossing the Line,” is set to air Friday at 9 p.m. KCFW-TV reports the show includes coverage of Justine Winter’s trial and an interview taped at the Montana Women’s Prison in Billings.

Winter is serving a 15-year sentence after being convicted of two counts of deliberate homicide in the March 19, 2009, deaths of 35-year-old Erin Thompson and her 13-year-old son, Caden Odell.

Also Friday at 9 p.m., The Travel Channel show The Dead Files features an investigation of ghostly happenings at the Paris Gibson House in Great Falls.
