4:49 p.m. A woman called in to alert officers that some starving and unfriendly dogs are on the loose in the area of Parkway Drive.
10:04 p.m. Reportedly, an extremely intoxicated man drove at excessive speeds through the Taco Johns parking lot.
2:22 a.m. An employee at a store on Hutton Ranch Road complained that someone drove recklessly through the parking lot, spun a few donuts then parked in a handicapped spot before entering the store.
4:03 a.m. A paper delivery person noticed several vehicles with open doors on Empire Loop.
4:04 a.m. A Harrison Boulevard resident watched someone go from vehicle to vehicle attempting to open doors.
