I have a question. Sen. Jon Tester is constantly running around the state, stepping in front of cameras to give well deserved medals to our veterans, but where was he on the Big Mountain Jesus statue? The Knights of Columbus needed him to support their efforts to fight the Wisconsin atheists. Why didn’t Tester step up?
Thank goodness Congressman Denny Rehberg was aware of the issue and fought for our vets – his work is greatly appreciated. I hope this puts Tester’s office on notice. Your constituents need you at times like this. It’s hard to believe that an anti-religion group from another state almost cost our veterans their memorial and neither of our senators raised a finger; disappointing to say the least. I hope in the future they’ll fight a little harder.
