Handcuffed Man

7:24 a.m. A man on East Reserve Drive reported that someone got into his unlocked vehicle and stole a deposit book and a stamp.

9:34 a.m. A big black dog ran free in Somers.

2:29 p.m. A kid on Killdeer Lane pepper-sprayed a vicious dog that lives across the pond.

3:23 p.m. A drunken man was driving, bar hopping and instigating fights in the Coram.

6:40 p.m. Someone reported seeing an elderly couple walking down East Cottonwood Drive. The man was handcuffed and yelling, arousing suspicion.

6:43 p.m. The back window was broken out of someone’s 4-Runner on Harmony Court.

8:10 p.m. A woman on Echo Lake Road said that the road was slippery and demanded that the county road department come out and sand it.

9:21 p.m. A woman in Marion, who wished to remain anonymous, reported that she kicked a man in the mouth during an argument over a bottle of vodka.

9:36 p.m. A 16-year-old Whitefish girl believed that she had “rights” and a say in the decision-making process that occurred in her household.

4:29 a.m. Drunken people were milling around and making noise outside a motel on Highway 35 in Kalispell.
