The Flathead County sheriff’s department says two California men arrested when authorities found a missing girl near Las Vegas are expected to be returned to Montana this weekend to face charges.
KCFW-TV reports 28-year-old Edgard Le of Escondido, Calif., faces a custodial interference charge in the Feb. 13 disappearance of 12-year-old Jasmine Walker. She was located two days later.
Officials have said Walker was having an online relationship with Le and that Le and 37-year-old Dennis Nelson of San Diego drove to Kalispell to pick her up.
Nelson faces a felony charge for allegedly helping Le.
