Dogs at Large

10:41 a.m. Reportedly, there are at least three chicken-killing dogs on the loose on McDermott Drive.

12:28 p.m. A Chihuahua and a greyhound ran freely together on Plentywood Drive.

1:07 p.m. An intoxicated Hungry Horse resident called in to talk about dogs.

2:07 p.m. Dogs on Kienas Road have been running at large for four years.

2:18 p.m. Three squatters were seen pedaling their bicycles down Highway 2 East.

3:09 p.m. Someone heard 40 gunshots near the area of Jellison Road in Columbia Falls.

3:25 p.m. A kid was found squatting in the bushes off of Highway 2 East shooting his BB gun toward traffic.

3:26 p.m. A bicycler on Highway 2 East flagged down an officer and asked if he could shoot at cars that swerve at him. The officer said no, he shouldn’t do that.

3:58 p.m. Reportedly, people in Kalispell have been “tweaking.”

7:15 p.m. Someone called 911 to report that a dirty yellow car passed in a no-passing zone.

8:15 p.m. An intoxicated man and his pistol scared his neighbors when he shot a few rounds into the ground. He said he wasn’t trying to hurt anyone, he said he was just trying to have some fun.

8:24 p.m. Drunken Hungry Horse residents irritated one another.

11:57 p.m. The intoxicated Hungry Horse residents who called earlier called back, cussed a little bit then hung up.
