Super Late Model racing will be showcased as the main event Saturday at Montana Raceway Park.
Local drivers Wrango West, Bodie Morton, Alex Lessor and Corey Wolfe will return to the asphalt and be joined by a talented field from across the Northwest. Time trials begin at 6 p.m. and racing begins at 7 p.m.
Ryan Wells from Hingham has been a dominant force since making the change from racing dirt Late Models to asphalt two years ago. The last two seasons Wells has been one of the best drivers in the Kalispell Toyota Super Late Model division. Last year he claimed the division title, his first in an asphalt car. He’s back this year ready to try and defend that title. Other visiting drivers include David Garber, Todd and Braedon Havens and Jeff Little from Spokane. Trevor Emond, Tim Elliot and Tim Johnson are back from Canada.
The CHS Legends, Hornets and Bandoleros will also compete Saturday.
