Digital Communications Systems Set to Showcase Latest Advancements in Technology

By Beacon Staff

Digital Communications Systems, Inc. a local industry leader in unified communications is hosting its first “Glacier IT Conference” on Aug. 8. The conference will be held at Grouse Mountain Lodge and teach attendees how to leverage some of today’s readily available technology to help improve office productivity in order to boost the bottom line. Some of the key players in the business technology industry will be in attendance, as well as executives from Zultys (Unified Communications Solutions), Clearfly Communications (SIP and hosted PBX phone solutions), Sony Electronics (Surveillance Cameras), OnSSI (Market leader in video surveillance and security software), Ruckus (Wireless for a Mobile World), Continuum (Cloud Based Remote IT Monitoring and Management Services) and SP Controls (Makers of the DOCERI Classroom).

Over the past several years, Digital Communications Systems has been researching several different verticals and has gained a wealth of knowledge on many different industries. Over the course of its interaction with Montana businesses, it has found that many businesses suffer from redundant or inefficient business processes, which drain company time and resources.

“The tools that today’s business owner has at his disposal are incredibly powerful, and ironically, the biggest hurdle to implementing this technology is that business owners are simply unaware of its existence,” said Ron Snyder, vice president and general manager of DCS. “Our goal at the event is to make sure that each person that comes in the door walks away with at least one new idea that they can implement in their business.”
