Add another title belt to the walls of Straight Blast Gym in Kalispell.
Gus Nolte improved his record to 5-0 in mixed martial arts competition and won his first title belt at Kalispell Kombat inside the Majestic Valley Arena last Friday. The 24-year-old fighter, training out of SBG, won the Fight Force 185 championship belt. Duran Flaget, also training out of SBG, successfully defended his 135-pound title belt.
SBG’s two other fighters came away successful, too. Randy Kopchinsky won his first MMA bout. Tanner Beaman also won his first fight.
