Howling at the Moon

8:00 a.m. A Coram man called in complaining that people at a nearby bar were howling at the moon throughout the night. He says this is a regular annoyance.

8:33 a.m. Someone called 911 to report that the driver of an older white Buick crossed the fog line on a road near Creston.

9:54 a.m. Another Coram resident complained about the howling.

9:45 a.m. Someone on Twin Bridges Drive complained that the neighbor’s 11 dogs bark constantly.

10:43 a.m. A woman on Troutbeck Road found a smoldering pile of sawdust on her porch railing.

11:13 a.m. A Lakeside resident complained that the neighbor’s pit bull came over and mauled her screen door, breaking in. She claimed this particular dog is always running about causing trouble.

11:18 a.m. A dog named Hero has been at large in Evergreen for nearly a week.

12:33 p.m. A Hungry Horse woman reported that a pack of local children stole her expensive shoes and liquor. She advised law enforcement that they were milling around behind her house and she was on her way to “detain” them.

1:35 p.m. Someone drove too fast, upsetting a resident on Leisure Drive.

2:03 p.m. A Hungry Horse woman and her boyfriend were both punched in the face by their neighbor after refusing to turn their music down.

2:08 p.m. People on Tetrault Road complained about dogs and graffiti.

4:35 p.m. A Hungry Horse resident complained that a territorial pit bull wearing a blue backpack was standing in his yard.

5:54 p.m. Numerous people called in claiming that a man in a burgundy pickup with a gold undercarriage slept through the traffic light on Idaho Street.

12:38 a.m. Reportedly, there were two potentially intoxicated and mostly naked people running through traffic on Highway 93 South in Lakeside.
