A 16-year-old boy is accused of stabbing a 32-year-old man shortly after 3 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 28 on Helena Flats Road.
Just after 2:30 a.m., two juveniles were confronted by two adult males for walking in the middle of the dark road. The two teenagers then returned home and got airsoft pistols and hunting knives and went to a residence where the adult male’s automobile was parked.
Upon seeing the two teenagers outside, the two adults ran outside and during an encounter, one of the men was stabbed in the abdomen, according to a report from the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office. The man was transported to Kalispell Regional Medical Center. His condition has not yet permitted him to be interviewed.
The incident is still under investigation.
