Extreme Pot Head

6:53 a.m. Someone called in from an Evergreen campground to complain that an intoxicated red-headed man kept manipulating his camper back and forth, annoying other campers.

9:25 a.m. A car was reported stolen from Four Wheel Drive in Whitefish.

9:41 a.m. An adopted dog was returned to the animal shelter after attacking some children on Highway 93 South near Whitefish.

10:49 a.m. A man on Steeles Drive in Columbia Falls reported that a large Rottweiler was in his yard, making it impossible for him to leave his home. The dog was impounded and hauled off to the shelter.

12:19 p.m. A Kila resident reported that the owner of a loose black Lab threatened to shoot her husband.

12:49 p.m. A Bigfork woman reported that her neighbor doesn’t feed their cats all of the time.

1:40 p.m. A resident of Zimmerman Road reported that a tall, shoeless man carrying a load of paper was wandering down his driveway speaking “gibberish.”

4:04 p.m. According to a woman on Caroline Road, someone stole from her then threatened to break her husband’s jaw.

4:54 p.m. A Kalispell man fearing for his life reported that an “extreme pot head” had just threatened to come to his home and “kick his butt.”

7:46 p.m. Someone witnessed a black Lincoln Town Car running over shopping carts in the Walmart parking lot. The caller advised the deputy that the driver had a beard and wore glasses. When a deputy arrived the driver was still pushing shopping carts around.

8:42 p.m. An angry drunken man was booted off the train in Whitefish and taken to a hotel.
