7:26 a.m. A woman on Wendt Way complained that her neighbor’s horses have been loose and at her house for several days. She didn’t feel comfortable contacting her neighbor about the situation.

9:00 a.m. Someone reported that a middle-aged man with a cast on his arm was rummaging through vehicles on Sunset Drive. When he was confronted, he gave his name then escaped in a gold minivan.

12:23 p.m. A woman called 911 from an Evergreen business to report that a man carrying a pistol on his hip had just left the store. She was advised that nothing illegal had occurred.

12:24 p.m. A man in Columbia Falls reported that someone had thrown something through the window of his backhoe. He didn’t know what to make of the object and hoped a deputy would come by and look at it.

3:37 p.m. A Kalispell man reported that his son’s friend crept in during the night and stole his guns.

3:42 p.m. A Somers woman claimed that a female surveyor came to her door to investigative whether a man lived in the house. When the resident refused to answer the door, the woman shouted through the window that her study could not go on until she received an answer.

4:52 p.m. A Hungry Horse woman reported that her neighbor’s malnourished dog was standing in her yard.

5:42 p.m. An intoxicated man was seen stumbling down Highway 2 East toward Hungry Horse.

5:43 p.m. A woman traveling toward Columbia Falls claimed that a stocky man with road rage pulled up along side her and stared at her before speeding off.

7:46 p.m. A woman on Lower Valley Road reported that someone came by attempting to sell her meat and thought it was odd.

8:36 p.m. A Rhodes Draw resident claimed that someone came in through the window and stole her dog, PlayStation, and TV. She suspects her soon-to-be ex-husband.
