Bad Behavior on the Bridge

9:57 a.m. Someone reported that the excessively slow driver of a white Jeep ran two stoplights on Sunset Boulevard.

1:15 p.m. Reportedly, a handful of kids were standing on either side of a bridge on Spring Creek Drive throwing rocks across traffic at one another.

1:44 p.m. Someone else reported that three kids were throwing rocks at vehicles on Spring Creek Drive. The kids blamed the rock-throwing on other kids.

3:05 p.m. A Columbia Falls man claimed to be harassed by the people on the internet.

4:15 p.m. A tree fell on Helena Flats Road.

4:33 p.m. Someone reported that one of the kids who was chased off the bridge on Spring Creek Drive was now under the bridge with a backpack and some kind of torch. He was picked up and released to his grandparents.

6:01 p.m. Someone called in worried about an intoxicated hitchhiker and her dog.

6:36 p.m. A man in a white van reportedly wanted to fight a woman who was following him too closely down 10th Street East.

9:12 p.m. A Kalispell woman reported that her daughter’s ex-boyfriend poured gas on their stairs and stole a bear rug.

1:50 a.m. Someone complained that a young man in a Volkswagen was driving round and round the neighborhood of Bear Paw Loop.
