Pretend Rope Obstructs Traffic

8:00 a.m. A transient was heard shouting the “f-word” near a local playground.

9:49 a.m. Reportedly, someone tossed a bottle of booze out of their vehicle while driving down Highway 35 in Bigfork.

11:05 a.m. A Bigfork woman reported that a man showed up to her house and described to her the details of her life, such as the times she comes and goes and what vehicles have been parked in her driveway.

12:12 p.m. Two pit bulls were spotted on Helena Flats Road.

1:02 p.m. Someone called in worried about a goat that was tied to a short rope on La Brandt Road.

1:19 p.m. At least four dogs were on the run in a trailer park on Highway 35 in Kalispell.

3:21 p.m. A homeowner on Trails End Drive discovered that a former tenant left several tarantulas and at least fifty rats behind.

5:50 p.m. A Kalispell woman reported that her neighbor’s dogs had gone into her barn and “peed all over” her stuff.

6:45 p.m. A Whitefish woman reported fireworks and debris falling onto her roof. The sound she heard was actually her neighbor using a shotgun to shoot a beehive.

9:38 p.m. Reportedly, at least a dozen kids stood on either side of Sunnyside Drive pretending to hold a rope across the road. One driver complained that they yelled at him when he drove through it.
