GREAT FALLS — Officials have identified a 16-year-old Browning boy who died in a weekend crash on U.S. Highway 89 near Browning.

Pondera Funeral Home says Eugene Kenneth Matt IV died of injuries sustained when the car he was riding in went off the road, was airborne for more than 100 feet and rolled several times Sunday morning. Matt was ejected from the vehicle.

Another 16-year-old boy who was driving was not injured but a 25-year-old woman and two boys, ages 15 and 16, also were hurt. The Montana Highway Patrol tells the Great Falls Tribune the teen driver was arrested on charges related to the crash.
