Missing Liquor

9:02 a.m. A stray horse was seen wandering down Seventh Street West.

12:02 p.m. While cleaning a recently vacated rental on Shady Lane, a landlord discovered what he assumed to be a bag of drugs. He had found what turned out to be a bag of salt.

12:10 p.m. A Kalispell man reported that he heard a car plow into another outside his home on Second Avenue East. When he looked outside, the vehicles had departed but left behind a bumper and other remnants.

1:32 p.m. An argument over furniture took place in Bigfork.

3:39 p.m. A Kalispell resident reported that his credit card had been used at numerous Walmarts in Georgia.

3:52 p.m. Reportedly, liquor was stolen from a Whitefish resident four months ago.

4:09 p.m. Someone reported that a man with a metal detector was digging up “city boulevards.”

5:11 p.m. A Hungry Horse woman reported that her neighbor and his drinking buddy walked into her house, pointed at her, and called her names.

5:33 p.m. Seventy-five or so cows stood on Highway 206 near Columbia Falls, impeding traffic. They were rounded up and taken home.

6:34 p.m. A woman at a store in Kalispell was seen trying on shoes and stuffing them into her large orange purse.
