Flathead Girls Qualify for AA State Soccer Playoffs

The Bravettes are back at the Class AA state soccer tournament, this year as a No. 2 seed from the West.

Flathead edged Missoula Big Sky 3-2 in a playoff match last week and opens the state tournament against Great Falls at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 31 in Helena.

The Flathead boys fell in their playoff, 4-0, to Helena. The Glacier boys lost 5-0 to Big Sky and the girls were eliminated from contention, 2-0, to Helena Capital.
