Stray Dogs

9:50 a.m. Stray dogs are reportedly upsetting the better behaved dogs on Jennings Avenue in Whitefish.

12:08 p.m. An elderly terrier was picked up after chasing a van down Highway 2 East.

12:22 p.m. A Kalispell woman reported that a suspicious company talked her into giving them her credit card information and access to her computer.

12:31 p.m. A resident of JP Road in Whitefish reported their air compressor and chop saw as stolen.

1:35 p.m. A rototiller was stolen from a Meadowlark Drive resident sometime last month.

2:07 p.m. A Kalispell man complained that his mother would not let him retrieve his vehicle from her field. She stated that it was buried in snow and ice and was irretrievable, but that he could have it if he could get it out.

5:28 p.m. A local man called 911 three times to ask if a cross bow is considered a weapon.

8:03 p.m. A Columbia Falls woman heard voices on her property and worried that someone was going to steal her fence again.

10:11 p.m. A Happy Valley woman reported that a man who took her vehicle for a test drive the night prior had no intention of returning it. According to her, he drove it all the way to Hungry Horse where he parked it and replaced her license plates.

12:09 a.m. An intoxicated Kalispell man called in to talk about his grandson. When an officer returned his call, he was too intoxicated to remember what he wanted to talk about.
