GREAT FALLS — A former substitute teacher at Browning Middle School has been sentenced to 2 and 1/2 years in federal prison for having a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old student last spring.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office says 22-year-old Tyrell Lee Balibardin of Browning was sentenced Tuesday by U.S. District Judge Brian Morris in Great Falls.
Balibardin pleaded guilty in December to sexual abuse of a minor. He will be required to register as a sexual offender.
